Here you can easily see the shadow of the newer style google streetview camera sticking up from the car it was mounted on. This shot is taken at the peak of the Route 24 bridge, about 160 feet above the Illinois River. To the east you can see much of the Caterpillar plant where they build the biggest bulldozers. This statue has been here for years, and was recently damaged when it was hit by a car. She was repaired and is now as good as new. She gets a sweater and skirt put on her in the winter months.... She is about 30 feet tall. best regards mqqn Join discussion...
