Filming location for "The Mist"

In the early spring of 2007, director Frank Darabont filmed shopping center exterior scenes for his horror movie at this location. The name "Tom's Market" was changed to "Food House" (to the man-eating beasts, that's exactly what the place was). The appliance center can be seen just before the mist hits.
