Google did not blur any faces on that whole street at all! I wonder why?

I've noticed that when people are really close to the base or bottom of the camera's viewing area (near the Streetview car, which is blurry), their faces are not blurred. But the futher away people are from the camera, their faces are blurred. It just so happens people on this street are right in that "soft" spot of the camera. That's my take on it. :)
