I am a case worker with mentally challenged adults in Winchester Tennessee. I have been the case manager for one of your employees for the 11 years I've been here. My agency, Franklin County Adult Activity Center, Winchester Tennessee, 37398 is proud of this person as he will be celebrating 20 years of service to the McDonalds Corporation. His name is Christopher Berryhill. He is 39 years of age and is developmentally disabled. Our agency applied to the Decherd Tennessee Mcdonalds restaurant in 1991 and supported him through funds from the TN State depeartment of intelectual Disabilities. Chris is extremely proud to be a productive member in this community and also tells every one that knows him how long he has been employed at McDonalds. He is being honored in a simpley ceremony next Tuesday, 4-19-2011 at the restaurant in Decherd Tennessee. Both his parents are supportive and have been a driving force inhis life through encouragement and in maintaining good work ethics. In closing I, we, believe that the McDonalds Family also has reason to celebrate this young man's milestone. People come and go and have come and gone during the 20 years Chris has been employed and he has out lasted them all by far. I hope he is acknowledged in this "Ironman" effort in maintaining not only his ethics but maintaining The McDonald's Corporation ethics as a family valued business.
