Magical sign changes on the fly

51 months, 3 weeks, 3 days, 10 hours agoCheck out this sign at this intersection. Go North then East. It changes adds just like that! You'll notice as you go different directions at this intersection it bounces back and forth and zoom in..It doen't appear to be an LED board. What's your take?

Since the Google Street View van typically seems to go down streets rather than turning, the pictures at the intersections can be done at different times. :)

^ Exactly...the picture at the intersection of W Randolph was on a different day and the signage had been changed.

Well, probably the same day, but at least an hour apart by looking at the suns location/shadows on the ground. Some vehicles (red sedan on corner) changed but others (moving truck) were still there.

I'm pretty sure that this billboard actually changes since it changes back in another frame where the cars are different yet again.
