Ok, this is the second one now. Help me out people, are we seeing a giant LED sign or are they just changing these signs as the Google Van rolls around the city?

Not an LED sign. Images had to of been taken at different days, sky is different, clouds to no clouds. Sun is in a different position, cars parked on the street behind the google vechile are different. And the AD on the bench on the right changed as well, and that's definately not an LED bench.
