APRIL 4--A Pittsburgh couple is suing Google for invasion of privacy, claiming that the web giant's popular "Street View" mapping feature has made a photo of their home available to online searchers. Aaron and Christine Boring accuse Google of an "intentional and/or grossly reckless invasion" of their seclusion and privacy since they live on a street that is "clearly marked with a 'Private Road' sign," according to a lawsuit the couple filed this week in Allegheny County's Court of Common Pleas....

Am I the only one that went back and looked at the entire road, not seeing any type of "Private Road" sign? The pictures alone are evidence in the case...why not use them? This couple deserves to be smacked in the head for suing over this. I could understand them asking google to take the pictures down, but suing for $25,000? Ridiculous. #5 - By Rhemis, 14 months, 12 days, 15 hours ago.
Hey K, 4
Maybe that's why they didn't want thier house on "Street View", too dumpy. If they never mad a public issue about it, then perhaps half of the world wouldn't be searching for for the images. #6 - By fbarrigan, 11 months, 1 week, 8 days, 14 hours ago.
