It's probably an automatic algorithm that detect faces and blurry them. The algorithm is not perfect, so some faces are not detected and thus not blurred.

Why are only SOME peoples faces blurred?? They couldnt possibly have asked every person if they could film them. I wonder how they chose who to blur and who not to..... Anyone know?
